IHI Inc. and Nebraska City Power Select Fossil Valves

IHI Inc. of Japan have been subcontracted by Nebraska City Power Partners to engineer / supply the steam generator portion of a new coal-fired power plant in Omaha. IHI have selected Fossil Power to provide the fuel, atomizing air and purge valve trains for the ignition system. These fuel trains utilize exclusively Fossil’s own automatic valves.

In addition to the fuel trains, IHI has awarded Fossil the contract to fabricate the Mill Solenoid Valve Racks for the control of all pneumatic equipment associated with the coal mill operation.
