Fossil is awarded the contract for Ignitors, Valves and Controls for American Electric Power (AEP) Clinch River Plant in Cleveland, Virginia.

In 2004 Fossil designed custom oil ignitors to insert between small water tubes on a roof-fired boiler The contract included the ignitors, valve trains and controls for the first of three roof-fired units. In 2005 Fossil supplied the second unit, and has just been awarded the contract for the third unit -scheduled for a Spring '06 installation. This will complete all roof-fired units at AEP's Clinch River plant.
