Fossil is awarded the BMS Upgrade for Unit # 60 at Consolidated Edison – East River Station.

Fossil has been awarded the contract to upgrade the BMS on the Consolidated Edison East River, Unit # 60 Boiler. This project includes the design, supply, and commissioning of the BMS, field mounted operator interface panels, main flame scanners, natural gas ignitors, and a duplex blower which provides air for both the ignitors and scanners, ignitor gas, main gas and oil header valves, and double block and vent gas valves trains for each ignitor, all provided by Fossil. In addition, the new BMS controls will interface with the boiler's Ovation^TM system. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2006.
