Nova Scotia Power – Tufts Cove, Unit # 3 DCS Expansion

Fossil Power Systems has been chosen to supply system cabinets and hardware to expand the capabilities of Unit #3's DCS at Tufts Cove Generating Station, located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The hardware will expand the FPS, Siemens/Moore APACS DCS to allow for the inclusion of Motor Control logic and other auxiliary system logic for this Unit. Start-up and delivery are scheduled for late fall of 2006.
