Nova Scotia Power – Lingan Generating Station, Unit # 3 – Low NOx Controls Upgrade

Fossil Power Systems has been awarded the contract to design and implement the upgrade of the existing Unit # 3 Fossil supplied DCS. This latest contract will include the control of the up-graded low NOx burners complete with Separated Over Fire Air (SOFA) Ports, supplied by Babcock & Wilcox. This start-up is scheduled for mid-October, 2006.
