Gas Horn Ignitors

The FPS gas horn ignitor provides up to 20MBtu/hr of heat input, which is significantly more than the C-E gas ignitor it replaces. As a result, the FPS ignitor can serve warm-up and load support functions, in addition to its basic function of main fuel ignition.

Each FPS Gas Horn Ignitor is supplied with the following components:

• 10,000VAC ignition transformer in a NEMA 4 enclosure.

• SunSpot flame detector with electronic module.

• Gas hose with swivel connector.

• Two (2) brass braided flex conduit assemblies for ignitor electrical connections.

• Ignitor mounting plate with gasket.
