Dual Fuel Ignitors

The FPS Dual Fuel Ignitor is designed to burn both No.2 Light Oil and Natural Gas (or Propane). The 5.6" (O.D.) guide tube houses the gas pipe assembly, oil atomizer assembly, spark rod and flame rod. Each dual fuel ignitor is equipped with the FPS Plasma Arc Ignition (PAI) system, in order to prevent spark plug fouling and ensure long-term consistent lightoff.

Each dual fuel ignitor is supplied with the following components:

• PAI power pack in a NEMA 4 enclosure.

• SunSpot flame detector with electronic module.

• Oil hose with quick disconnect coupler valve.

• Atomizing air hose with quick disconnect coupler valve.

• Gas hose with swivel connector.

• Two (2) brass braided flex conduit assemblies for ignitor electrical connections.
